THE ROLE
My clientis looking for a Court of Protection specialist with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience to join their well-established and fast growing team.
Due to the firm’s commitment to exceptional standards in client care and in their quest to maintain high standards, they have an opening for an excellent fee earner who is as passionate as we are about protecting their clients’ interests.
The team’s niche focus is to act for clients who have suffered an acquired brain injury and who have then received a high level of damages to fund theirextensive needs.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner who wishes to progress their career further and to grow with this firm.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the heads of department and other members of the team. Prior experience within the general private client areas of work would be an advantage.

I am recruiting a fee earner into each sub team - one Grade C and the other C/B although we would consider a Grade A who wants to case manage only.
My client are the largest dept in the firm -they should be 13 fully staffed and their plan is to expand, X2.!!
The majority of thier case load is high value brain injury clients - it is very niche in terms of CoP work and the work is varied.
The team also manage personal injury trusts, so if someone has experience in this area, they may want to get into court of protection work.
As a team, they currently manage assets in the region of £160M, so whilst we appear small in size, their CoP team is exceptional.
In terms of their structure, they have 2 sub teams, who are supported by an additional 4 staff members and they provide functions that you wouldn’t normally see separated in a lot of Private Client teams.
Grade B 55k - 60k
Grade C 45k- 55k
