Job Title: Quality System Coordinator

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000

We are partnering with an independent organisation based in Leighton Buzzard, who are a globally recognised brand. They are fully committed to innovation, a sustainable business model and service leadership. In order to support their progression, we have an opportunity for an experienced Quality System Coordinator to join their Quality Team.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of QMS requirements including BRC, ISO9001, ISO4000 and ISO45001, and experience in hosting or leading external/internal audits.

Key responsibilities for a Quality System Coordinator

  • Lead the effort to establish, implement, and continually improve the facility's Quality Management System.
  • Maintain the facility’s QMS so that it is continuously audit ready.
  • Support on any other regulatory/legal requirements, e.g., ISO 45001, BRC etc.
  • Perform training on ISO9001 & BRC systems within the facility to site leadership & supervisors.
  • Communicate reports on key performance measures across all relevant functions to ensure all areas are aware of positive & negative performance, so that necessary actions can be taken to address any poor performance.
  • Maintain all international standards up to date and available onsite.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other sites on best practice sharing and adapting.

Essential skills for a Quality System Coordinator

  • Knowledge of QMS requirements, including BRC & ISO9001.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrable communication experience at all level.
  • Team player with the ability to work at fast pace and on own initiative
  • Practical skills in performing internal and external audits
