I am supporting a great Senior Financial Planning Administrator assistant who could get up to 3 remote days possibly at some stage, with a wonderful IFA  Financial Services Company. who will join the the client servicing team in the company. The successful candidate will provide full administrative support and assistance to at least one allocated Wealth Manager. Also work as part of a team to make sure that all Wealth Managers and their clients are provided with an excellent level of service.linked to you and your admin and talking client support.

Key responsibilities / accountabilities:

• Processing of pension, investment & protection business.• Preparation of valuations & compliance paperwork required for client reviews.• Preparation of Annual Review packs & non-advice related follow up with clients.• Dealing with client queries.• Performing fund switches (observed by a Director/Paraplanner)• Updating of the client database (Intelligent Office).• Working as part of a team & assisting other team members where necessary.• Preparation of documentation.• Production of illustrations & cost comparisons.

Skills

• Proficient at using Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel.• Industry experience (3 years minimum ideally 5 years!).• Experience of using Intelligent Office (or similar) and ideally WRAP platforms.• Accuracy, attention to detail and a 'can do’ attitude.• Proactive & flexible attitude.• The ability to use own initiative.• Excellent communication skills.• The ability to work under pressure.• Time management skills.

YOU MUST HAVE THE SKILLS LINKED TO A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS PREFERABLY HAVING DONE A SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT ROLE SUPPORTING THE CLIENTS LINKED AS OUTLINED TO THE COMPANY ADVISOTRS AND PARAPLANNERS. (OR DEFINITELY NO LESS THAN 3 YEARS IN A ROLE LINKED TO THIS)

  • You Need to have been in the IFA industry for this timing and looking to stay very long term in this role
  • You Must be prepared to communicate including speak to clients as will be responsible for the admin (non-advice) side of the Client Review process (i.e. preparing Annual Review letters and follow ups)
