We are working with a leading Refurbishment contractor to recruit an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee Site Manager to join their team in Bedfordshire. Their scope of work is varied but is centred around refurbishment projects for housing associations, public sector clients and charities.
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for the management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme.
If you are a Trainee we are looking for candidates with some site-based experience, either having worked on the tools and looking to progress into management or people with no site experience, but an interest in construction and becoming a Site Manager one day, possibly a graduate or HNC level.
