Overview of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organisedOperations Managerwith a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain management. This person will be responsible for streamlining production, coordinating cross-functional departments, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from concept to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment and has the confidence to take ownership and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise day-to-day operations across production, logistics, and project delivery
- Implement robust systems and workflows to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional product quality
- Manage workshop organisation and output, ensuring a clean, structured, and efficient production space
- Liaise closely with the design and supply chain teams to guarantee timely, on-budget project delivery
- Monitor performance against key operational metrics, reporting regularly to senior leadership
- Oversee logistics and fulfilment, ensuring seamless delivery of luxury products to clients
- Manage operational budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise profitability
- Identify process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance productivity, scalability, and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance and strategic progress
- Cultivate a strong, motivated, and high-performing team culture across departments
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or production management.Â
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with multiple moving parts
- Solid understanding of supply chain logistics, finance, and HR functions
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with metalwork or bespoke manufacturing highly desirable
- Experience working with or alongside luxury interior design is a major plus
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is advantageous
- Proficiency in systems implementation and data analysis
