Electronic Hardware Design Engineer - Pitstone - Up to 75,000/year + 4-day working week

There is now a truly fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team as an experienced Electronic Hardware Design Engineer on the design and manufacturing of technology across Defence, Industrial and Scientific markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development of Digital & Analogue hardware and systems for company products.
  • Development of test specifications and procedures.
  • Direct customer support including site visits when required.
  • Documentation associated with company products and services.
  • Support of production activities.
  • Provision of consultancy services to customers.

Requirements:

  • Digital & Analogue circuit design including high speed switching circuits and signal integrity.
  • PCB Layout experience, preferably with Altium.
  • A strong understanding of EMC.
  • A/D and D/A converters and support circuitry.
  • Understanding of High Voltage circuits (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Optics (preferred).
