Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a team leader within the welding department to oversee operations and staff.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee welding operations and ensuring quality and production targets are met
- Get involved in TIG and MIG Welding
- Conduct handovers
- Carry out various weld tests
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Be a coded welder
- Have experience in a supervisory/team lead role
- Have experience in a manufacturing environment
