About the Role:
Vibe Recruit is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Administrator/Service Advisor for our client in the automotive industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, who is looking to join a supportive and friendly team. While previous experience in the automotive industry is not essential, a passion for providing excellent customer service and strong administrative abilities are key to success in this role.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, with an alternate Saturday shift. You must be able to reliably commute to the site, as the shift starts at 8:20 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the service department, including managing customer appointments and inquiries.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing information on services and resolving any queries.
- Coordinate between the workshop and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and job progress.
- Process orders, handle invoicing, and manage service documentation.
- Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles and advise on any additional work required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the service department.

Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload.
- Punctual and reliable, with the ability to start your shift at 8:20 AM.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable.
- Automotive industry experience is not essential, but an interest in the sector is a plus.
- Must be able to commute to the site without issue.
