We are currently recruiting for weekend negotiators to work for one of the local leading estate agents based in Leighton Buzzard. For this role, a fully driving licence is essential, and you MUST have a core understanding of the local Leighton Buzzard and surrounding area.
Working Hours: Saturday, 08:45am to 16:00pm, and every other Sunday 10:45am to 15:00pm.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, confident working alone and like dealing face to face with members of the public.
Duties:
- Conducting viewings.
- Answering phones and dealing with enquiries.
- Registering clients search requirements.
- Providing viewing feedback.
- Supporting internal staff.
- Data entry and office administration.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service.
- Willing and able to work weekends.
- A full driving licence with the use of their own car is essential.
- An interest in property is important as well as a good knowledge of the local area.
- No experience necessary as full training will be provided.
