We are currently recruiting for weekend negotiators to work for one of the local leading estate agents based in Leighton Buzzard. For this role, a fully driving licence is essential, and you MUST have a core understanding of the local Leighton Buzzard and surrounding area.

Working Hours: Saturday, 08:45am to 16:00pm, and every other Sunday 10:45am to 15:00pm.

Overview:

  • The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, confident working alone and like dealing face to face with members of the public.

Duties:

  • Conducting viewings.
  • Answering phones and dealing with enquiries.
  • Registering clients search requirements.
  • Providing viewing feedback.
  • Supporting internal staff.
  • Data entry and office administration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service.
  • Willing and able to work weekends.
  • A full driving licence with the use of their own car is essential.
  • An interest in property is important as well as a good knowledge of the local area.
  • No experience necessary as full training will be provided.
