We are currently recruiting for property consultants to join a Leighton Buzzard based company, who are expanding their teams due to business expansion and growth.

For this role, candidates will ideally have property industry knowledge, or a core understanding of the property buying and selling process.

Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday, with one day remote working. All candidates MUST be able to commit to office based working 4-days a week.

Summary:

  • To manage a portfolio of instructions/property sales.
  • Instructing local estate agents (nationwide) to provide property valuations.
  • Preparing and conducting research to produce a professional business brochure detailing service/sales propositions.
  • Managing client instructed property works ranging from: house clearances, maintenance works, property drain downs, chattels valuations, etc.
  • To manage a nationwide portfolio of properties through the entire sales/completion process.
  • Liaising with corporate clients to ensure that their Instructions and SLA's (Service Level Agreements) are being managed, and updating them on progress at key stages of the process.
  • Contacting vendors, estate agents, solicitors, conveyancers, contractors and other third-parties.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • IT literate with reasonable typing speed.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Property knowledge is ideal, however, not essential as training with be provided.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to targets, deadlines, KPI's and SLA's.
