We are seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist to support the day-to-day operations at our client's Leighton Buzzard site. This role is essential for maintaining effective administration and delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
Summary:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Leighton Buzzard
- Pay Rate:£16.00 - £18.00 depending on experience
- Hours: 25 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 7.30 -12.30
Duties Include:
- Provide support in maintaining Business Management matrixes, associated document control service records and statutory compliance.
- Support reception services - Meet, greet and manage visitors and contractors, use of the visitor management system and the Avaya Telephone/switchboard system.
- Complete all administrative duties for Business systems document control.
- Arrange urgent Business travel and car hire in the absence of the Executive Assistant - international and within the UK.
- Liaise with all levels of the Business to ensure successful communication and effective Business administration systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy reception role, supporting dynamic business environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proven good customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
