Quantity / Senior Surveyor - Social Housing

Up to £70,000 Car / Allowance

Approach are working with a leading, nationwide Social Housing Contractor, delivering Planned Maintenance contracts, who are now seeking a Senior Surveyor. Happy to look at QS's ready to take that next step but must have Social Housing Planned Maintenance / Decent Homes experience.

Duties:

  • Completing and submitting monthly cost valuation reconciliation and progress reports. (CVR's)
  • Agree external valuations / cash flow to maximise project values.
  • Working with the Commercial Manager to agree and produce main and sub-contract final accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity / Senior Surveyor, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working within social housing on planned refurbishment projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
