We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new trade counter in Leighton Buzzard, and we are seeking an experienced Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join a growing team. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient operations from the very beginning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the trade counter, providing advice on products and services.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate invoicing and stock allocation.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked trade counter area.
- Handle all procurement responsibilities, including ordering and managing stock levels.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Provide support in resolving customer queries and issues promptly.
Requirements
- Must have previous experience working in a plumbing trade counter.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials and tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
