Our client, a family run company who are a cleaning product supplier are looking for an Internal Salesperson to join their sales team. The Internal Salesperson will play a crucial role in maintaining existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
The responsibilities of the Internal Salesperson include but are not limited to the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and generate reports.
