About the Role
Vibe Recruit is excited to be partnering with our client to find a skilled and experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with a passion for vehicles to join a reputable company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Level 3 Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and safety.

In this role, you will work alongside a team of experienced technicians, diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical issues while providing excellent customer service. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
- Perform fault diagnosis and repairs using the latest diagnostic equipment.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting both safety and quality requirements.
- Carry out inspections and prepare vehicles for MOTs.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Liaise with customers regarding vehicle repairs and services, providing clear explanations and advice.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Ensure the workshop is organized and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with strong knowledge of automotive systems.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and experience with modern diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for the automotive industry.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
