Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse/FLT Driver to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and FLT responsibilities, ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in warehouse management systems, along with a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and efficient picking, checking, and packing of pharmaceutical products.
  • Receipt of inbound stock; ensuring temperature compliance is maintained.
  • Accurate completion of all Goods In, picking, packing and despatch paperwork
  • Entering shipping and inventory data in the warehouse management system
  • Processing of returns (including Quarantined, Damaged and Batch Recalls
  • Undertake stock counts and cycle counting activities
  • Scanning of consignments and sorting into delivery locations
  • Transfer of goods between sites when required
  • Identify potential gaps in the processes and make recommendations for possible improvements
  • Ensure the highest level of hygiene is maintained throughout the warehouse, and associated areas, in accordance with GDP/GMP regulations
  • When directed by a manager, undertake any other task appropriate to the skills and responsibilities of a pick pack operatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a warehouse enviroment
  • Previous experience with a FLT
  • Counterbalance FLT Licence (Options for an inhouse licence if there is previous experience)
  • Comfortable working in a chiller enviroment (2-8 degrees)
  • Comfortable and experinced working on a night shift

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8pm to 5am
