Warehouse Operatives - Leighton Buzzard (with move to Kingston site in November)

We are excited to be recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a fantastic opportunity with a growing automotive distribution company. Initially, the role will be based at their Leighton Buzzard site, moving to a brand new, larger location at Kingston, Milton Keynes by November.

This is an ongoing, full-time position with the potential for permanent employment after 12 weeks, offering competitive pay and excellent long-term benefits!

Role Details:

Location: Leighton Buzzard (temporary), Kingston (permanent by November)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
Pay Rate: £13.01 per hour

Responsibilities:

Picking and packing automotive parts using a smartphone scanning system
Operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Training provided in health & safety, fire safety, and manual handling
Working closely with a diverse team
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager daily

Candidate Requirements:

Ability to travel to both Leighton Buzzard and Kingston sites (car drivers preferred)
Must speak and read English fluently (communication in English is required on-site)
Must have safety boots and hi-vis vests
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, VNA driver experience is beneficial but not essential
Willingness to complete training modules before starting (Fire Awareness, Inclusivity, Manual Handling)
