Sonic Summary

The Solution Group is seeking a Fabricator Welder for a permanent position in Leighton Buzzard.
The role involves MIG welding structural and secondary steel components such as staircases, balustrades, beams, and handrails.
There is ample overtime available, with rates of 1.3x during the week, 1.5x on Saturdays, and 2x on Sundays.
Employees receive 20 days of paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays annually.

The Solution Group is currently looking for a Fabricator Welder to start in Leighton Buzzard for a permanent role.

Job Details

The work itself consists of MIG welding strutural and secondary steel including the likes of staircases, balustrades, beams and handrails. There is lots of overtime available with the overtime rate being 1.3x, 1.5x on Saturday and 2x on Sunday.

Additionally there is 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays which are paid in full.
