Site Engineer - Highways & Civils

Randstad is looking for a dynamic and skilled Site Engineer to join our team in the Leiston area. We're working on exciting projects that enhance highways and create lasting improvements to the local community.

What we will require from you :

  • Experience: You have a solid track record as a Site Engineer, with proven skills in highways and general civil works.
  • Knowledge: You're well-versed in relevant design and construction standards, ensuring projects meet high quality.
  • Communication: You can clearly communicate with colleagues, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Problem-Solving: You can identify potential issues, find solutions, and keep projects on track.
  • CSCS Card: You have a current CSCS card.


What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the Way: Oversee the successful construction of highways and civil engineering projects.

  • Keeping it Safe: Enforce safety regulations and ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.

  • Managing the Team: Coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong communication throughout the project.

  • Detailed Records: Keep meticulous site records and produce accurate progress reports.
