About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Reporting Manager to oversee performance reporting and data analytics for a high-profile infrastructure project. This role is pivotal in managing a complete reporting framework to support governance structures, organisational needs, and delivery models.

 

You will work closely with executive teams, functional leads, and delivery teams to ensure reports are timely, insightful, and adhere to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to drive innovation by advancing digital reporting processes and leveraging the latest tools for analytics and automation.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting Framework: Manage and embed a robust reporting framework to enhance decision-making.
Digital Reporting: Drive the implementation of digital-first reporting solutions and process automation.
Data Analytics: Support the development of a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence framework.
Performance Reports: Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely reports for leadership and board-level reviews.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, delivery teams, and functional heads to refine reporting outputs.
Quality Assurance: Deliver consistent, visually impactful, and actionable reports tailored to varying audiences.

 

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrable experience in managing performance reporting for large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
Skilled in data visualization, analytics software, and cloud-based reporting tools.
Proven ability to write and edit report narratives for different organizational levels, ensuring clarity and insight.
Track record of successfully managing direct reports.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in both data and narrative.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

 

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in business analysis, accounting, finance, construction, engineering, project management, or a related field.
Membership or certifications from professional bodies such as AACE, PMI, or APM.
Understanding of earned value analysis, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
Previous experience in the construction or nuclear sectors is a plus.

 

Additional Information:
This role requires BPSS clearance, and offers of employment may depend on obtaining the necessary level of security clearance. This will be discussed during the interview process.
