Role OverviewOur client is looking for a Sub Agent to join their first-class delivery team for the Sizewell Nuclear Power Project. This role involves assisting the Site Agent in managing site operations and ensuring efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision:
- Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor project progress.
- Health & Safety:
- Conduct site safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Promote a proactive safety culture.
- Project Support:
- Assist in resource planning and risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Qualifications:
- HND/HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Experience:
- Experience as a Sub Agent or similar role on large infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with Nuclear New Build (NNB) standards is desirable.
