Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for cost analysis and manufacturing budget creationLead operational reporting across daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly periodsOversee inventory analysis, cycle counting, fixed assets, and E&O managementDrive cost reduction and productivity initiatives, tracking monthly savingsBuild strong relationships with internal teams to provide financial insights and supportImprove processes and IT systems in alignment with business strategy and KPIs
What We're Looking For:Proven experience in finance business partnering, cost analysis, or management accountingStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience within manufacturing, production, or a similar industry is desirableExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholdersProficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
