ARC are currently recruiting for a General Foreman to work with our client Galldris on a large infrastructure project at Sizewell in Leiston.
This role offers the opportunity to oversee and coordinate civil engineering activities on-site in a challenging and dynamic construction environment.
Duties & Responsibilities of Works Manager
- Supervise and manage civil engineering works on-site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
- Maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Report progress to project management
Desirable Experience:
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- First aid certification
- CSCS or CPCS card
- Previous experience as a General Foreman in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams effectively
