My client is looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join their team and play a crucial role in promoting a robust safety culture.

Working closely with project and site teams, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in industries that shape our future, from nuclear operations to cleanroom infrastructure and beyond.

H&S Advisor duties:

Advising on Safety: Work alongside site managers and supervisors, offering trusted guidance to ensure safety standards are maintained at every level.

Ensuring Compliance: Oversee HSEQ compliance and processes on-site, conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure we exceed industry standards.

Driving Improvements: Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate incidents and provide insights that prevent future occurrences.

Collaborating & Innovating: Partner with leadership and HR to drive safety initiatives and improve subcontractor performance, preparing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications needed as H&S Advisor:

NEBOSH General minimum however a Level 6 qualification and CertIOSH / CMIOSH level is desirable

Experience working within the Nuclear industry

Strong understanding of HSEQ practices, performance management, and safety culture, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
