Job title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Leiston
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 20,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Plumbing / Mechanical Engineering
- Building Services experience
- Experience within a similar role

Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.
About the role: We are looking to take on board a mechanical engineer to be based on a large energy site in Leiston. This role comes with a 1 in 5 callout. There is bundles of overtime avaliable on site .
Responsibilities:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
