Duration: 4 Weeks initial Contract (Potentially Longer)
Hours: Full Time Hours (Monday - Friday)
Salary:14 - 15 per hour (Negotiable)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Temporary Administrator to support our team during a busy period. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a keen attention to detail, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and the team.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Support the procurement process and track materials.
- Handle general inquiries from clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus.
