• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for all pre-construction activities, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Safety First: Embed a safety-first mentality into all processes, aligning with both Nuclear Safety and Industrial Safety standards to maintain a secure working environment.
• Progress Oversight: Monitor and report on project milestones, proactively managing risks and addressing any issues to keep the project on track.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pre-construction activities comply with regulatory requirements, paving the way for smooth project execution.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of plans for complex infrastructure projects, ideally within highly regulated environments.
• Technical Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes, with a specific focus on nuclear or similarly regulated industries.
• Leadership Experience: A track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams to successful project delivery in complex, large-scale environments.
• Contract Mastery: Strong familiarity with NEC and FIDIC contracts, ensuring robust contract management and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of piping system design, installation, testing, and compliance with pressure systems regulations.
