iO Associates are seeking for a Project Delivery Manager to work with a consulting firm with broad expertise in asset management, construction, and engineering. They create creative and sustainable solutions for the built environment and significant infrastructure in close collaboration with their clients.

Buildings and Development; Defence, Security, and Aerospace; Energy; Logistics and Transportation; Nuclear; Manufacturing and Technology; Rail; Waste and Utilities are the seven main industries in which they assist their clients.

Required:

  • Strong leadership and the capacity to assemble productive teams.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that allow one to engage and influence individuals at all levels.
  • The PDM should have appropriate project lifecycle delivery expertise, preferably in the nuclear industry, working on challenging technical projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise the completion of several projects and the results that the company needs.
  • Control the budget, timetable, scope, and contingency.
  • Control change.
  • Ascertain the distribution of resources.
  • Tracks overall development and, as necessary, takes corrective action to guarantee that deliverables are made on schedule, within budget, and to a satisfactory standard.
