ARC are currently recruiting for Works Manager to work with our client Galldris on a large infrastructure project at Sizewell in Leiston.

Overseeing critical construction operations at Sizewell C, this role presents a unique opportunity to lead and manage civil engineering projects within a dynamic and challenging environment.


Duties & Responsibilities of Works Manager

  • Lead and supervise works teams to ensure the successful execution of construction activities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure project success

 

Desirable Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Works Manager in the civil engineering sector
  • Strong background in civil engineering projects, with expertise in works management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage works teams and resources
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management
