New Homes Sales Manager - Kent
New Homes Sales Manager required for our client located in Kent, a professionally recognised estate agency. The New Homes Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations as well as communicating and liaising with our area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately.
The New Homes Sales Managerwill ideally have exceptional customer service, and the ability to liaise at all levels with some experience in residential estate agents or an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experience.
New Homes Sales Manager Remuneration
- Basic Salary: Dependent on Experience
- On Target Earnings: 45,000-50,000
- Working Pattern : 5-day week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)
- Car Allowance or Company Car

New Homes Sales Manager Requirements
- Proven listing / business generation track record
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets and win business
- A full driving license
- Live in the Surrey / Sussex area
