The Management Accountant position offers a competitive salary along with a company bonus opportunity and study support.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Pembridge (Leominster) with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and ideally hold ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent qualifications.
Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.
Advanced Excel skills are required, and knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is considered an advantage.

They are looking to recruit a new Management Accountant to join their well-established finance team.Some of the duties in the role include:

Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs for two entities.
P&L review
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals.
Provide variance analysis and information to budget-holders.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
Forecasting CAPEX spend and Depreciation.
IFRS 16 Leased Asset Accounting
Produce detailed Excel spreadsheet modelling for analysis.
Ad-hoc duties as required.

We are looking for a highly numerically minded candidate with strong attention to detail. Ideally you will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent qualifications. Advanced Excel knowledge is a must and ERP (SAP) knowledge is an advantage.
