This front-facing role will require you to be personable, well organised, enthusiastic and committed to the highest levels of service and able to deal with issues such as; membership administration; database administration and reporting; communicate with Club Members and general public all within a small but busy department.

This role will facilitate the main membership administration relating to the membership journey from enquiry, application, waiting list and subsequent election. Other administrative duties will include database management, assisting with the annual renewal process, filing, scanning and reciprocal introductions. This role will suit an organised administrator with customer service experience.

1. Raise invoices as required.

2. Produce a weekly subscription fee credit matching report and allocate payments.

3. Assist in the collection of subscription payments, both annual and quarterly.

4. Assist with the monthly age debt report.

Deliver and participate in ad hoc projects as requested by the Communications and

Membership Manager.

2. Assist where possible and where asked by the Communication and Membership Manager.

3. Make suggestions and recommend any improvements regarding the Club to the

Communications and Membership Manager.

4. Help control costs wherever possible.

5. Proof reading of print material as required.

6. Organise mail shots as necessary.

7. Be accessible and responsive to staff and Members across the Club.

8. Attend internal meetings as required and assist in the effective communication across

both staff and Members.
