Get Recruited is working alongside a supportive and well-established, market-leading business who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive. The role will be working across all channels including social media, website, email and events.
This is an amazing time to join the business as they are looking for this hire to develop into a Marketing Manager role over time. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Content Creator, Social Media Executive or similar role with experience in content writing and campaign management for social media!
THE MARKETING EXECUTIVE / MARKETING ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Creating and optimising engaging content for social media and websites
- Managing social media campaigns including scheduling content and conducting analysis and reporting
- Closely monitoring social media channels and engagement
- Uploading new content to the website and optimising/editing existing content using the CMS
- Supporting with email marketing campaigns
- Measuring all digital marketing activities against KPIs and identifying potential improvements
- Writing engaging content to maximise SEO
THE PERSON:
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Content Creator, Social Media Executive or similar role
- Must have strong skills in content creation and copywriting for social media
- Confident in managing a social calendar and campaigns end-to-end
- Experience using a social media scheduling tool
- Confident to bring ideas to the table, try new campaigns and learn from less successful campaigns
- Able to manage workload independently
