We are looking for a Social Marketing Strategy Lead to join our client in Herefordshire, a specialist social media agency, on a 12-month contract with a hybrid working setup. This role is ideal for a paid media expert with a strong understanding of organic social growth who wants to take ownership of digital strategies for leading food and drink brands.

What you will be doing:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
- Manage budgets to maximise return on ad spend
- Develop and implement organic social strategies across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Experiment with AI-driven tools to enhance content and ad creatives
- Track and analyse performance data, providing insights to improve campaigns
- Align organic and paid social efforts for maximum impact
- Identify trends and audience behaviours to inform strategy
- Work with the creative and pitch teams to develop proposals and presentations
- Confidently present strategies and insights to clients and prospects
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and social media strategy
- Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of organic social growth and engagement strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
- Interest in AI tools and emerging trends in digital marketing
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a keen eye for innovation
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
