We are looking for a Social Marketing Strategy Lead to join our client in Herefordshire, a specialist social media agency, on a 12-month contract with a hybrid working setup. This role is ideal for a paid media expert with a strong understanding of organic social growth who wants to take ownership of digital strategies for leading food and drink brands.

What you will be doing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
  • Manage budgets to maximise return on ad spend
  • Develop and implement organic social strategies across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Experiment with AI-driven tools to enhance content and ad creatives
  • Track and analyse performance data, providing insights to improve campaigns
  • Align organic and paid social efforts for maximum impact
  • Identify trends and audience behaviours to inform strategy
  • Work with the creative and pitch teams to develop proposals and presentations
  • Confidently present strategies and insights to clients and prospects

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and social media strategy
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of organic social growth and engagement strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging trends in digital marketing
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a keen eye for innovation
