Production Technician - Permanent
Location: Leominster
Hours: 38-40 hours Monday - Friday

*Please note*: Candidate must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Production Technician to join our team, contributing to the construction, testing, and production of our bespoke electrical products. This role involves:

  • Electro-mechanical assembly work
  • Soldering, cable crimping, looming & terminating work.
  • Assembling parts with precision using hand and power tools
  • Following technical instructions and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Inspecting components for quality and tolerances before assembly
  • Inspecting sub-assemblies and final products for defects before testing
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements: Successful candidate will need an electrical or mechanical background, strong technical skills, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
