A medium-sized and growing housing developer is recruiting for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Job Duties:
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, budgets, and cost estimates
  • Conduct cost analysis and cost control throughout all stages of the project
  • Assist in the assessment of subcontractor payments and variations
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost-related matters
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure project success
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Driving Licence
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
