About Us:

Recruitment Direct are a recognised recruitment agency based in Leominster with a first-rate reputation. We are seeking an analytical, proactive and organised individual to work alongside our fantastic Temp Desk Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within recruitment, and a natural flair for administration and customer service to support our well-established temp desk.

What you can expect:

  • Basic salary: circa £27,000, depending on experience
  • Bonus structure based on temp desk revenue
  • Generous commission structure for perm desk placements
  • 22 days annual leave plus an additional day for your birthday plus statutory holidays
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with an hour for lunch
  • Leominster central location with parking

What you will be doing:

  • Administering recruitment documentation and compliance process for our busy temp desk
  • Overall recruitment administration support including CV writing, preparing job descriptions, posting job adverts, and general marketing e.g. creating basic content and posting social posts
  • Alongside the existing team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practice
  • Continuous improvement, and with support of the team, develop better ways of working
  • Work collaboratively with our long-standing client base, continuing to build trust and loyalty, and ensuring repeat business
  • Support with proactively sourcing, shortlisting, and engaging with temporary candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and walk ins

What we are looking for:

  •  An experienced and data orientated administrator
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • IT literate with Excel proficiency
  • Confident communicator, able to develop relationships with clients and candidates
  • Prior recruitment experience would be advantageous
  • Full driving licence
