We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Workers to work in 2 bedded duel registered home in the Leominster area What you'll do:

  • Forge Meaningful Connections: Build positive relationships with children and their families, using a therapeutic approach to support their emotional well-being.
  • Empower Young People: Work within our therapeutic model to help children thrive and make real change in their lives.
  • Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with your team and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for each young person.
  • Contribute to Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans that help children reach their full potential.

We're looking for individuals who:

  • Have previous Residential Childcare Experience.
  • Hold a Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce (desirable).
  • Possess a Valid Full UK Driving License.
  • Are Able to Work on a Shift/Rota Basis.
  • Are Willing to Undergo an Enhanced DBS Certificate Upon Appointment.
