Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Oversee and mentor audit teams, reviewing work and providing technical guidance
- Contribute to business development and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality service delivery
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
