- Seeking someone with experience in Rent and Service Charge
- Our client is looking for someone experienced in service charge and rent to set accurate rent charges, service charge estimates and actuals to stakeholders to provide clarity.
- If you have experience calculating actual and estimate service charges for a range of tenures, and are methodical, organised and a good communicator – please get in touch!
- You will take the lead on rent setting and liaise with colleagues to ensure rents are reviewed and correct
- Understand regulation relating to rent setting
- Ensure accurate estimation and reconciliation of service charges ensuring compliance with legislation.
- To calculate service charges for each agreed cycle and provide guidance and support to the wider business.
- Develop effective relationships with the wider business teams and stakeholders.
- Carry out monthly variance monitoring of expenditure against income.
- Experience of calculating actual and estimate service charges for a range of tenures.
- Clear commitment to the importance of excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance colleagues and stakeholders.
- Thrive under pressure and adhere to tight timelines.
- Salary up to £46,000
