What you'll be doing:
You'll support fundraising efforts by being the first point of contact for the local community. Whether it's answering calls, responding to emails, welcoming supporters in person, or representing the organisation at events - your role will help drive income and engagement across the region.

You'll also manage lower-value fundraising relationships and help ensure every supporter has a positive journey, making them feel truly valued and inspired to do more.

What you'll need:

  • Confidence speaking to people and building rapport

  • Strong admin and IT skills - experience using CRM systems would be ideal

  • A team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for community-based work

  • Previous experience in fundraising or a charity environment is a must
