Business Development Manager 

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:30 - 17:30 Salary:  £30,000 - £60,000 basic DOE

OA are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager, you will be expected to win new business as well as develop their existing accounts - this role will be field and office based.

Responsibilities for Business Development Manager:

  • Generate sales with new customers through a structured, disciplined and professional approach to achieve performance results
  • To actively identify and seek new business opportunities in various markets
  • Able to use own initiative for cross selling opportunities
  • Develop a strategic and tactical model for business development, identifying new opportunities for solutions to fit potential customers
  • Develop existing accounts to maximise opportunities 
  • Visit clients on site 

Requirements for Business Development Manager:

  • Packaging experience is beneficial
  • Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels
  • Strong and honest work ethic and the drive and motivation to thrive in a demanding sales environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email) are essential
