Location: Letchworth (Hybrid/Remote options available)

Salary: £50,(Apply online only) base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100K+)



About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing Cloud Workforce Management solutions provider, delivering cutting-edge technology that helps businesses streamline HR and workforce operations. With a strong presence in the market, they are now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive 100% new business acquisition and expand their client base.



The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You will be responsible for selling cloud-based workforce management software, targeting businesses in the HR and People sector.



Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit and exceed targets (1-2 software packages per month)

Build relationships with key decision-makers in HR, workforce planning, and business operations

Conduct engaging product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maximise opportunities



What Were Looking For

Proven track record in new business B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or Cloud-based software

Strong understanding of HRTech, workforce management, or people-focused solutions

Experience in consultative sales, demonstrating ROI and value to clients

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
