Shopper Marketing Manager

Join Our Team as a Shopper Marketing Manager! 

Location:?Letchworth Garden City Hours:?37.5 per week, Monday – Friday, Hybrid working (2 days in the office) Reports to:?Head of Retail Marketing Employment Type:?Permanent

The Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing strategy, working closely with various teams to drive shopper centricity and brand prosperity. You’ll develop and execute retail marketing strategies, create bespoke retailer support plans, and manage POS and ecommerce activations. Building strong relationships with key retail partners and supporting our sales team with materials and insights will also be key parts of your role.

What We’re Looking For: If you have a degree in Marketing or Business, over 5 years of experience in shopper or trade marketing within FMCG or Consumer Goods, and a knack for innovative thinking, we want to hear from you. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for success are essential. Experience with major UK retail customers and ecommerce outlets is a plus.
