CNC Operator

To operate the CNC machines - using Homag machinery mainly on MDF/chipboard - wood material.
Experience using Woodwop software an advantage
To aid purchasing and estimating with sheet yields and run times as requested.
To assist with programming when required.
To verify parts/programmes to drawings with machine setters/operators.
To assist operatives with additional info regarding drawings.
To assist with the setting up of the CNC router cell to achieve maximum output and quality.
To liaise with the Production Manager and CNC Supervisor to help set priorities/targets for the night shift.
To be aware of health and safety.
As and when directed by a Manager or a Supervisor, undertake any other tasks set.
