We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing employee skills, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with essential training initiatives and delivery of training.

5ab Care is a Children's Residential Care provider supporting vulnerable young people across the country. 5ab Care is offering the opportunity to be a part of a morals-based, ethical organisation that is growing organically.

Essential criteria:

· Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager and experience delivering training in a similar setting

· Comfortable with designing and delivering various training methods including e-learning

· Strong understanding of learning methodologies and learning principles.

· Familiarity with PACE and PRICE training

· Knowledge of safeguarding regulations and best practices.

· Experience in designing and delivering managerial training programs.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organisational goals and objectives.

· Drive initiatives that support the continuous improvement of employee skills and competencies.

· Design and delivery of training including but not limited to: PRICE, PACE, Safeguarding, First Aid, self injury, trauma and attachment

· Design and facilitate leadership and management training to support our leaders in their development

· Training needs analysis - working with our managers and internal teams to assess gaps and tailor learning programmes and specific requirements

· Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance training delivery

· Utilise existing e-learning platforms and other digital tools to optimise the learning experience
