- Getting involved with multiple aspects of the end-to-end project cycle for exciting Retail Marketing and POS campaigns.
- Liaising directly with clients, who will be members of large retail businesses like Superdrug and Skinny Tan, and updating them throughout the project.
- Gathering information, requirements, and wider marketing strategies from brands, and feeding this information into the project delivery to ensure campaigns are relevant and bespoke.
- Manage projects from start to finish for client projects, as well as post-project feedback and performance review.
- Coordinate stakeholders such as designers, structural engineers, production teams, and graphic designers.
- Managing the operational end of the project, including packaging, packing, quantities, delivery, and fulfilment to store - liaising with retailers to coordinate this.
- Taking ownership of project administration, including project paperwork, budget management, data entry, documentation, and other ad hoc tasks.
- Attend client meetings on-site, as well as travel to manufacturing sites and warehouses – getting your hands dirty and seeing your project come to life.
- A graduate from university, ORa school leaver who went straight into work and has gained commercial experience.
- Commercial experience in a relevant field (project management, operations, marketing alongside/following studies is ideal.
- Experience (through studies or work) managing projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills - you can find a way of building rapport with everyone and anyone
- Outstanding ability in Microsoft Office.
- A natural problem solver, with great organisation/time management and the ability to think both critically and creatively.
- A real go-getter and high achiever, with the confidence to work autonomously and get things done!
- Ability to coordinate issues between internal and external clients and internal customer teams.
- A genuine interest in Retail Marketing, or interested in structural design and practical projects coming to life.
- A competitive starting salary of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.Â
