Job Title: Customer Services ExecutiveLocation: LetchworthSalary: £25,000 - £26,000 (DOE)Basis: Permanent As a Customer Services Executive, you will play a key role in liaising between departments and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained, alongside enabling the smooth-running of the office via carrying out administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have proficiency in Office applications. This office-based role offers a work schedule of 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a 1 hour lunch break. This role pays up to £26,000, offering 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays. This is a permanent position. Customer Services Executive Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure effective customer order handling and Invoicing.
  • Input purchase orders using JD Edwards.
  • Process bookings to hire loan equipment.
  • Raise invoices and credits using JD Edwards.
  • Liaise with our couriers.
  • Deal with queries via phone and email from hospital staff and sales reps.
  • Work with the warehouse team to solve any issues.
  • Invoicing Queries.
  • Produce Monthly / Quarterly reports using excel.
  • Maintain Pricing catalogues.
  • Assist with Admin.
 Customer Services Executive Requirements: 
  • Proficiency in Office applications.
  • Knowledge of WH Management Software.
  • Expertise in order fulfilment process.
  • Expertise in human, material and infrastructural resources management.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Internal and external client-orientation.
  • Possess a logical and analytical approach, with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
  • Result-driven orientation.
