- Ensure effective customer order handling and Invoicing.
- Input purchase orders using JD Edwards.
- Process bookings to hire loan equipment.
- Raise invoices and credits using JD Edwards.
- Liaise with our couriers.
- Deal with queries via phone and email from hospital staff and sales reps.
- Work with the warehouse team to solve any issues.
- Invoicing Queries.
- Produce Monthly / Quarterly reports using excel.
- Maintain Pricing catalogues.
- Assist with Admin.
- Proficiency in Office applications.
