An opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Executive to join a highly regarded company in the engineering industry, based in Letchworth.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and offer technical support and advice to customers. You will receive excellent training and the company promote development and progression from within!
What’s in it for you;
- Salary: Up to £25k + bonus OTE £30k+
- Hours:Â Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, office based

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Actively promote and sell the company’s products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Support: Offer advice and support to customers on products, processes, and best practices.
- Order Processing: Accurately processes orders, manages customer accounts, and ensures timely delivery of products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and industry trends to assist customers better.Â
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, working to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service activities using CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, technical advisors, and other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to continually improve knowledge of products and customer service skills.Â
